The aim the course is to develop knowledge from the area of management of large-scale protected areas and, at the same time, to practice professional English vocabulary. The course is of interdisciplinary nature; however, it emphasizes social-science approaches to the management of protected areas. Organizational and economic aspects of management of protected areas will be inspected.
